Delete your Anota2 account

At Anota2, developed by Kitusoft, we respect your right to delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what information is removed.

How to request account deletion

You can request the deletion of your account in two ways:

1. From the app: coming soon, through the account deletion option available in your profile settings.
2. By email: by sending a request from your registered email address to soporte@kitusoft.com, with the subject "Delete my Anota2 account", indicating that you wish to delete your account. We process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following associated data is removed from our systems:

• Your profile information (name and email address).
• Your access credential.
• Your role and gym membership.
• Your class reservations.
• Your language preference and your device's notification identifier.

What data may be kept

For integrity reasons, some aggregated or anonymized data that does not allow you to be identified may be retained. Likewise, if there were any retention obligation for legitimate reasons, you would be informed at the time of the request.

Timing

Personal data is deleted after your request is confirmed. Once your account has been deleted, the associated information cannot be recovered.
