Delete your Noomix account

Noomix (developed by Kitusoft) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to delete your account

Option A — From the app (recommended)

1. Open Noomix and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap "Delete my account" ("Borrar mi cuenta").
4. Confirm in the two safety dialogs: "Continue" and then "Yes, delete my account".
5. Your account and your data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

For security, the app may ask you to sign in again before deleting the account. If you see that prompt, sign in again and repeat step 3.

Option B — By email (if you already uninstalled the app)

Email soporte@kitusoft.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Delete my Noomix account". We process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your profile: name, username, photo, gender, and stats (XP, streak, level).
• All decks and questions you have created.
• The share codes for your decks.
• Your entire study-session history.
• Your sign-in account (email / Google).

What data is kept

• Decks created by other people that were shared with you: only your access is removed; those decks still belong to their creator.
• Decks saved only on your device (local mode) are not affected. To remove them, use "Exit local mode" inside the app or uninstall it.

Timing

After you confirm, your account data is removed from our systems immediately. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
