Delete your Presta2 account

Presta2 (developed by Kitusoft) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app itself. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to delete your account

Option A — From the app (recommended)

1. Open Presta2 and sign in.
2. Open the side menu (the three-line icon, top left) and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap "Delete account".
4. Read the warning and confirm with "Delete forever".
5. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

For security, Firebase may ask you to sign in again if your session is old. If you see "For your security, sign in again before deleting your account", sign out, sign back in and repeat step 3.

Option B — By email (if you already uninstalled the app)

Write to soporte@kitusoft.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Presta2 account". We process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account: email address, phone number and/or Google link.
• Your profile: display name and profile picture.
• All your loans and borrowings, with their amounts, dates, tags, notes and payment ledger.
• All the contacts you saved in the App, with their phones, emails and notes.
• Your own tags.
• The contents of the Trash (records you had deleted but not permanently removed).
• Archived records.

What is kept

• None of your content. Presta2 has no social features and no shared data, so no information of yours remains attached to other accounts.
• Your phone's address book is untouched. If you imported contacts from your phone, we delete the copy that lived inside Presta2; your device's address book is left intact.
• Local preferences (theme, language, currency) stay in the device's storage until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
• Support emails: if you had written to us, we keep that thread for up to 24 months for traceability.

Timing

Once confirmed, your account data is removed from our systems immediately. Backups held by the infrastructure provider (Google Cloud) may take up to 30 days to rotate out. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete

If you only want to stop seeing a loan without losing the record, there are two less drastic options inside the App:

• Archive the loan (loan menu → Archive): it disappears from the main list but stays available under Archive.
• Trash: deleting a loan or a contact moves it to the Trash, from where you can restore it.
