Anota2 Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Anota2 application ("the application" or "the App"), developed by Kitusoft. By registering and using the application, you accept these terms in full.
1. Purpose of the application
Anota2 is an application for booking and managing classes at gym chains. It allows users to reserve spots in the classes of the gyms they belong to, and administrators to manage the classes, schedules, and members of their establishments.
2. Registration and user account
To use the application you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Roles and permissions
The application includes different roles with different levels of access: members, gym administrators, and platform administration. The permissions associated with each role are assigned according to the platform's structure, and use of the available features must match the role granted.
4. Proper use
You agree to use the application lawfully and in accordance with its purpose. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the application for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access data or features that do not correspond to your role.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the application or its security.
- Make reservations abusively in a way that prevents legitimate access by other users.
5. Reservations and cancellations
Class booking is subject to the availability of spots in each session. The application manages capacity so that the established limit is not exceeded. You can cancel your reservations through the application, freeing up the spot for other users. Gyms may set their own additional usage rules.
6. Service availability
We strive to keep the application available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The application may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
The application is provided "as is." Kitusoft is not responsible for the agreements, services, or incidents that depend directly on the gyms, nor for the consequences arising from improper use of the application by the user.
8. Intellectual property
The application, its design, and its contents are the property of Kitusoft, except for duly attributed third-party resources. Their reproduction or distribution without authorization is not permitted.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the application after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
