Context
Pharmacy incentive campaigns pay salespeople a commission for every unit they sell of a given product. With several campaigns, provinces and distributors at once, tracking it by hand is slow and error-prone.
Approach
We built the admin dashboard: campaigns with their product, provinces, dates and a fixed or percentage commission, moving from planned to active, paused or finished; a product catalogue with serial-number import; distributors and points of sale; invoices with their payment status and a payment file generated from the selected ones; and users with their roles. Next.js, React and TypeScript, with Auth0 for access. The API was built by another team.
Outcome
The dashboard was developed between August 2023 and February 2024, connected to the project's API and accessible to administrators only.
